FIRST.....my apologies guys for taking SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long to blog!!! Now, that I'm back you can be sure that there will be weekly updates!!!

It's so nice to see ALL the lovely returning faces and NEW ones as well. I hope that everyone has had an awesome break and ALL ready to come back and handle BUSINESS!!!!
SO TO RECAP MY WONDERFUL WINTER BREAK....
* Yes, I did go to Atlanta, GA for the National Impact Conference!!!!! It was excellent! The Lord was definitely up in that place and it was so nice seeing all of the young men and women of God. It was such a BLESSING just to be able to go! My IMPACT buddies and I definitely represented for UW-Parkside even though it was just six of us from the school! We brought in the NEW YEAR the best way I know how, praising the Lord!!! We had amazing speakers and it didn't hurt that we had performances from Da T.R.U.T.H, Flame, Israel and New Breed, Tye Tribbett, Kirk Franklin, and others!!! I even got to take a picture with Tye Tribbett!!! WOWZER....then, what really made the conference worth it was the OUTREACH MINISTRY that we did around the downtown Atlanta area.
*I also did other random things with family and friends...FUN, FUN, FUN...Now, back to REALITY...
So far, the semester is going REALLY good. Weird isn't it??????????????????????????
ORGANIZATIONS ON THE COME-UP:
BPG(Black Players' Guild) : I'm so proud to be a member of this org because it's not geared to just BLACK people but really for anyone who has unseen talent and deserves the exposure!!! We're looking for potential singers, rappers, actors, poets, comedians, and dancers so we can view what you got and see that enhanced as well as expose you to the talents you didn't even know you have!!!
Meetings are Mondays @ 8pm in Moln d132. Hope to see you there!
IMPACT MOVEMENT: One of the BEST Christian orgs on campus. We're moving to another level people and we want YOU there with us. We're just letting God have His way in our lives and spreading the gospel wherever possible. We now have praise and worship and we talk about things that matter to YOU. Come and grow in the Lord and see what He has in store for YOU!!!
